This is the Hamstermobile.

Ham Race is a racing game of two hamsters in a contraption with two wheels. It was released on 17 July, 2006, and is the 4th game released on Dan-Ball. It is also the second game to gain a sequel, with the first being Powder Game. These hamsters are controlled with the mouse, and travel through eight worlds. Wherever the Hamstermobile goes, flowers, grass, and trees will sprout out of the ground.
